Working for HealthGrade Solutions in the HCC coding department has been one of the most outstanding jobs I have worked for in the medical coding field. They stay in communication with their employees, making sure we are all up to date with compliances and new coding guidelines. I personally love how they do check ins with me throughout the week to see how work is going, to see if I have any concerns or questions working on the project. I am very appreciative of the small things HealthGrade Solutions does because it makes working for them easier knowing you have an employer who helps out and listens to your concerns when you have questions about accuracy or any issue with a workque.
